涡轴发动机超扭试验标准研究

Analysis on turboshaft overtorque test

GJB 242A-2018《航空涡轮螺桨和涡轮轴发动机通用规范》在GJB 242-1987基础上新增了超扭试验,这在国内尚属首次。针对该试验内容理解存在争议、困扰试验开展的问题,基于国内外6部主要军标和适航规定,详细分析了超扭试验的考核方式、试验目标、合格判定准则,从动力涡轮扭矩、燃气涡轮温度、动力涡轮转速、滑油温度、试验持续时间等5方面,分别对军用和民用涡轴发动机提出了超扭试验目标选取建议。

Based on GJB 242-1987,‘General specification for aircraft turboprop and turboshaft engine’(GJB 242A-2018)added overtorque test terms for the first time in the country.In view of the problems exist⁃ing in the understanding of the test content and the problems puzzling the test,six main military standards and airworthiness regulations at home and abroad were compared,and the examination methods,test objec⁃tives and qualification criteria of the overtorque test were analyzed in detail.From the aspects of power tur⁃bine torque,gas turbine temperature,power turbine speed,oil temperature and test permitting time,the sug⁃gestions for selecting overtorque test targets for military and civil turboshaft engines were put forward.
