百会穴“顶中央旋毛中”考释

Textual Research on Baihui Acupoint Locating " in the Middle of the Apical Spiral Hair "

关于百会穴的定位,当前针灸类教材介绍有两种方法:一是骨度分寸法,即前发际上5寸正中线上;二是简便定位法,即两耳尖直上前后发际正中连线的中点。然而,历代关于百会穴定位的文献记载中还载有第3种"体表标志"定位法,即"顶中央旋毛中"。《针灸甲乙经》《铜人腧穴针灸图经》《针灸资生经》《十四经发挥》《针灸聚英》《针灸大成》《循经考穴编》等皆有载,说明这是一个不可忽视的定位法。

As for the location of Baihui acupoint, there are two methods introduced in current acupuncture and moxibustion textbooks: The first is the acupoint-located method by bone proportional Cun, that is, 5 inches above the anterior hairline and on the midline;the second is the simple location method, that is, the tips of the two ears going straight up to the midpoint of the line between the front and back of the hairline.However, the literature records on the location of Baihui acupoint in previous dynasties also contain the third acupoint-located method by " anatomical landmark",that is, " in the middle of the apical spiral hair".Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing,Tongren Shuxue Zhenjiu Tujing,Zhenjiu Zisheng Jing,Shisijing Fahui,Zhenjiu Juying,Zhenjiu Dacheng,Xunjing Kaoxue Bian,all record it, indicating that this is a location method that can not be ignored.
