摘要
在复合材料液体成型工艺中,除树脂基体的选用以外,增强材料的选择和成型工艺参数的设计对于树脂浸润以及成品制件的质量有着至关重要的作用。文中主要通过试验选用工艺性和力学性能均较好的乙烯基改性环氧树脂和聚氨酯改性树脂,两种树脂为基体分别制备(0°/90°)双向玻璃纤维布增强树脂基复合材料,对其进行力学性能测试和对比。结果表明乙烯基树脂基复合材料的拉伸、弯曲强度均明显高于聚氨酯树脂基复合材料。
In the liquid forming process of composite materials,in addition to the selection of resin matrix,the selection of reinforcement materials and the design of forming process parameters plays a vital role in resin infiltration and the quality of finished products.In this paper,vinyl modified epoxy resin and polyurethane modified unsaturated resin with good processability and mechanical properties were selected by experiments to prepare(0°/90°)bi-directional glass fiber cloth reinforced resin matrix composites.The mechanical properties of the composites were tested,and the effects of different resin matrix on the mechanical properties were compared.The results show that the tensile and flexural strengths of vinyl resin-based composites are significantly higher than those of polyurethane resin-based composites.
