摘要
直流变频压缩机的制冷量、耗电量和COP等性能参数与其运行转速密不可分。根据以往的经验,通常认为制冷量、耗电量等参数均与压缩机的实际转速成正比关系,然而在实际检测过程中,相关性能参数的往往会出现小幅波动。现根据GB/T 5773-2016中的方法搭建试验模型,对直流变频压缩机在不同转速下的性能参数进行测定,并对检测结果进行分析探讨,进而为直流变频压缩机的进一步研发提供指引。
The cooling capacity,power consumption,COP and other performance parameters of DC variable frequency compressor are closely related to its operating speed.According to the past experience,it is generally believed that the refrigeration capacity,power consumption and other parameters are directly proportional to the actual speed of compressor.However,in the actual detection process,the relevant performance parameters often fluctuate slightly.According to the method specified in GB/T 5773-2016,the test model is built to measure the performance parameters of DC variable frequency compressor at different speeds,and the test results are analyzed and discussed,so as to provide guidance for the further research and development of DC variable frequency compressor.
