摘要
压缩机干气密封系统不稳定运行状态往往体现在一次放空压力异常现象,针对此种情况,普遍认为是干气密封存在问题,需要更换干气密封,分析原因是干气密封可能存在积液,影响到一级密封的正常工作。通过尝试盘车、投用干气密封增压加热撬加热器和调整进气控制阀开度等方式,使用非检修更换干气密封的方法解决了机组干气密封一次放空压力异常的问题,并对机组进行启机运行测试,干气密封系统工作正常。
The unstable running state of dry gas seal system of compressor is often reflected in the phenomenon of abnormal pressure in primary venting.In view of the situation,it is generally believed that there are problems with dry gas seal and it is necessary to replace dry gas seal.The reason is that there may be liquid accumulation in the dry gas seal,which affects the normal operation of the first-order seal.By means of turning over,putting dry gas seal into using to the heater and adjusting the opening of the inlet control valve,the problem of primary venting pressure of dry gas seal was solved in using the method of replacing dry gas seal without maintenance,and when the unit started up,dry gas seal system was working properly.
