Production Management Technology of Refrigerant Compressor in LNG Liquefaction Plant

我国LNG液化工厂大部分都采用混合冷剂制冷工艺,混合冷剂的制冷压缩机都采用离心压缩机组,离心压缩机在LNG液化工厂得到了广泛应用。通过介绍离心压缩机的组成,分析了离心压缩机启机时变速箱振动高、联轴器漏油、变频转换工频不顺利等一些常见故障,并提出了解决办法,也对冷剂压缩机的密封气系统综合管理要求进行了描述,对于LNG液化工厂的管理技术人员和操作人员掌握冷剂压缩机生产管理技术有一定帮助。

Most of LNG liquefaction plants adopt mixed refrigerant refrigeration process.Centrifugal compressor is widely used in LNG liquefaction plant.This paper introduces the composition of centrifugal compressor,analyzes some common faults such as high vibration of gearbox,oil leakage of coupling,frequency conversion with smooth problem when starting the centrifugal compressor,and puts forward the solutions.It also describes the comprehensive management requirements of the seal gas system of refrigerant compressor.It has a certain help for the management technicians and operators of LNG liquefaction plant mastering the refrigerant compressor production management technology.
