摘要
通过一种往复压缩机节能系统的工作原理介绍,对压缩机的转矩变化情况进行分析,使读者可以定性的了解到无级气量调节系统的应用对往复压缩机的机械结构、机组的旋转不均匀度以及驱动用同步电动机的机械强度有哪些方面的影响、为避免这一类情况发生在选型时需要注意哪些情况,通过分析可以使工程人员在机组前期设计选型时提供参考。
This paper introduces the working principle of a reciprocating compressor energy-saving system,analyzes the torque change of the compressor,so that the readers can qualitatively understand the influence of the application of stepless air volume regulating system on the mechanical structure of reciprocating compressor,the rotating unevenness of the unit and the mechanical strength of the synchronous motor for driving,and avoid this kind of situation what should be paid attention to when selecting the unit.The analysis can provide references for engineers while designing and selecting the unit in the early stage.
