对冷剂压缩机组在运行过程中出现的异常振动现象进行了分析,通过收集相关数据,以及现场试验,从工艺、设备结构和原理等方面深层次分析,找出一些根本原因,进行针对性分析排查,提出有效监控方案和后续处理措施。

In this paper,the abnormal vibration phenomena occurred in the operation of refrigerant compressor was analyzed.Some root reasons are found out through collocting relevant data,on-site tests,and analyzing in-depth from the aspects of technology,equipment structure and principles.Targeted analysis and investigation are conducted,and effective monitoring scheme and subsequent processing measures are put forward.
