摘要
本文主要针对某风洞厂房内温/湿度较大,且环境密闭,造成测控系统部分设备元器件发热和锈蚀,严重影响设备寿命和系统稳定性问题,设计研制了一套风洞厂房通风除湿系统。通过对厂房实际计算分析,并进行数值模拟,选择合适的方案,以达到使厂房内温/湿度可调控目的。结果表明:使用该系统后,厂房内温、湿度均可控制在合理范围内,在很大程度上改善了设备的工作环境。
In this paper, a set of ventilation and dehumidification system is developed in view of the high temperature and humidity,poor ventilation in a wind tunnel factory building, which could cause heating and corrosion of some components in the measurement and control system, and seriously affects the equipment life and system stability. Through the theoretical calculation, analysis and numerical simulation, the appropriate method is proposed to regulate the temperature and humidity in factory building. The results show that the temperature and humidity in plant can be controlled within a reasonable range, and it greatly improves the working environment of the equipment.
