摘要 在智能制造的背景下,武汉软件工程职业学院联合多家企业对学院原有的机加工设备进行智能改造升级以应适新的人才培养和专业教学。基于工业机器人的智能加工生产线的设计包含了生产线结构设计、控制系统设计和调试运行三个方面。生产线的设计及应用不仅对于在机械行业推广以工业机器人为基础的自动化生产线改造升级具有指导的意义,也为自动化、机器人、数控等专业培养复合型技能人才提供了贴合实际工程应用的教学平台。 Under the background of intelligent manufacturing, Wuhan vocational college of software and engineering together with many enterprises, intelligently renovates and upgrades the original machining equipment of the college to adapt to the new talent training and professional teaching. The design of intelligent processing production line based on industrial robot includes three aspects: structure design of production line, control system design and debugging and operation. The design and application of the production line not only has guiding significance for the promotion of industrial robot-based automation production line transformation and upgrading in the construction machinery industry, but also provides a teaching platform suitable for practical engineering application for the training and cultivation of compound professionals in automation, robot, numerical control and other specialties.
