摘要
受到高温高压环境影响,电气消防安全检测精准度较低,提出了基于物联网的电气消防安全在线检测方法。确定电气消防安全检测内容及范围,热量传导方式为电气消防设备内部向外部传递,确定电气消防设备的实际热阻值与设备外壁完好时的总热阻值,由此计算内壁破损率,以此为依据评判电气消防设备外壁损坏程度。依据失效可能性等级与后果等级设计具体工作流程,完成消防设备状态检测。由实验结果可知,无论是高温环境,还是高压环境,都具有良好检测效果,确保检测工作能够全面实施。
Affected by the high temperature and high pressure environment,the accuracy of electrical fire safety detection is low.An online detection method of electrical fire safety based on the Internet of things is proposed.This paper determines the content and scope of electrical fire safety detection.The heat conduction mode is the internal to external transmission of electrical fire equipment.It determines the actual thermal resistance value of electrical fire equipment and the total thermal resistance value when the external wall of the equipment is in good condition.Then calculates the inner wall damage rate,and judges the damage degree of the external wall of electrical fire equipment.According to the failure probability level and consequence level,the specific work flow is designed to complete the state detection of fire-fighting equipment.It can be seen from the experimental results that both the high temperature environment and the high pressure environment have good detection effect to ensure that the detection work can be fully implemented.
