摘要 由于供热设备能源消耗较大,现有方法存在收敛速率缓慢问题,导致能源利用效率较低,提高了供热成本,提出一种基于电-热时间尺度平衡的综合能源多目标联合调度方法。分析人体感受与PMV指标(Predicted Mean Vote,PMV)对应联系,获取冷热功率和人体舒适度之间关联;构建电-热时间尺度平衡调度模型,根据环保、安全可信度、清洁等指标建立多目标优化函数,并融合双层规划法与粒子群算法实现综合能源系统多目标联合调度。仿真结果表明,本文方法计算速率较快,调度性能优良,在满足用户舒适度的同时完善系统运行经济性,具有很高的实际应用价值。 Due to the large energy consumption of heating equipment,the existing method has the problem of slow convergence rate,which leads to low energy efficiency and increased heating cost,a multi-objective integrated energy scheduling method based on electric thermal time scale balance is proposed.Analyze the corresponding relationship between human feeling and PMV index (Predicted Mean Vote,PMV) to obtain the correlation between cold and hot power and human comfort;build the electric thermal time scale balanced scheduling model,establish the multi-objective optimization function according to the environmental protection,safety reliability,cleaning and other indicators,and integrate the quadratic programming method and particle swarm optimization algorithm to achieve the multi-objective joint scheduling of the comprehensive energy system.The simulation results show that the method in this paper has fast calculation speed,excellent scheduling performance,satisfying the user comfort and improving the system operation economy,and has high practical application value.
