应用型本科院校对口专业学生就业能力提升路径研究

Strategy of Improving the Employment Ability of Corresponding Majors Students in Applied Colleges

以蚌埠学院对口专业学生为研究对象,对对口专业学生就业能力现状和成因进行了深入分析。以蚌埠学院办学定位为基点,从人才培养模式、职业生涯规划、课程思政改革、校企合作等方面对提升对口专业学生的专业能力、就业意愿以及就业技巧的路径进行了分析,切实提升对口专业学生就业能力,提高就业质量。

In this paper,the present situations and causes of the corresponding majors students employability in Bengbu University were deeply analyzed.According to the school-running orientation of Bengbu University,it discussed how to promote the professional ability,employment intention and employment skills of students from personnel training mode,career planning,the innovation of curriculum thinking and politics and the cooperation between school and enterprise.The ways were studied in the paper to enhance practically the employability of students and improve the quality of employment.
