烧伤患者照顾者负担现状及其影响因素

Status and Influencing Factors of Burden of Caregivers of Burn Patients

目的了解烧伤患者照顾者负担现状及其影响因素,为开展护理干预提供参考依据。方法选取2017年10月至2018年11月在宁夏医科大学总医院住院治疗的214例烧伤患者及其照顾者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和照顾者负担量表(ZBI)进行调查。结果烧伤患者照顾者负担得分为(34.22±14.68)分,处于中等负担水平。患者烧伤面积、烧伤深度、照顾者居住地、每天照顾时间及有无睡眠问题是照顾者负担的主要影响因素。结论烧伤患者照顾者普遍存在不同程度的照顾者负担,医护人员应同时关注患者及照顾者两方面对照顾者负担的影响,及时给予针对性干预措施以减轻照顾者负担。

Objective To investigate the status and the influencing factors of caregivers’burden for burn patients,and to provide reference for nursing intervention.Methods A total of 214 burn patients and their caregivers who were treated in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The survey was conducted by general information questionnaire and zarit burden interview(ZBI).Results The score of ZBI of caregivers was(34.22±14.68),which was at the middle burden level.The area of burns,the depth of burns,the residence of the caregivers,the time of daily care and sleeping problem were the main factors affecting the caregiver’s burden.Conclusion The caregivers of burn patients generally have different degrees of care burden,the impact of both patients and caregivers on the care burden should be cared,and targeted interventions should be provided timely to reduce the burden on caregivers.
