缝闭腺体残腔在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果

Effects of Suturing the Residual Cavity of the Gland in the Resection of Benign Breast Tumors

目的观察缝闭腺体残腔在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月至2018年10月在孟津县人民医院接受乳腺良性肿瘤切除术的104例患者作为研究对象,按术中是否缝闭腺体残腔分为缝闭组(53例)、保留组(51例)。对比两组手术时间、切口甲级愈合与乳房外形变化患者比率、术后1 d和术后3 d视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、积液严重程度、手术满意度。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);缝闭组切口甲级愈合患者比率(92.45%)高于保留组(78.43%),乳房外形变化患者比率(1.89%)低于保留组(15.69%)(P<0.05);缝闭组术后1、3 d的VAS评分较保留组低(P<0.05);缝闭组积液严重程度较保留组低(P<0.05);缝闭组手术满意度(96.23%)高于保留组(80.39%)(P<0.05)。结论乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中缝闭腺体残腔可促进患者切口愈合,保持乳房外形,降低疼痛程度及积液严重程度,提升手术满意度,效果优于保留腺体残腔。

Objective To observe the effects of suture closed gland remnant cavity in the resection of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 104 patients with benign breast tumor who accepted breast benign tumor resection in Mengjin County People’s Hospital from August 2015 to October 2018 were divided into suture group(n=53)and retention group(n=51)according to the residual cavity of gland was sutured or not.The operation time,the ratio of the number of people with grade A healing of the incision and the change of breast shape,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the severity of effusion and the satisfaction of the operation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of grade A wound healing of the suture group(92.45%)was higher than that of the retention group(78.43%),and the rate of breast shape change(1.89%)was lower than that of the retention group(15.69%)(P<0.05);The VAS scores of the suture group at 1 and 3 days after operation were lower than those of the retention group(P<0.05).The severity of effusion of the suture group was lower than that of the retention group(P<0.05).The surgical satisfaction of the suture group(96.23%)was higher than that of the retention group(80.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Closing the residual cavity of the breast during the resection of benign breast tumors can promote the healing of the incision,maintain the shape of the breast,reduce the degree of pain and the severity of effusion and increase the satisfaction of the operation.The effect is better than retaining the residual cavity of the gland.
