学龄期自闭症患儿家庭亲密度对其生活质量的影响

Influence of Family Cohesion on Quality of Life in School-Age Children with Autism

目的探讨学龄期自闭症患儿家庭亲密度对其生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月于河南大学第一附属医院接受诊疗的60例学龄期自闭症患儿为研究对象,参照儿童生存质量普适量表4.0(PedsQL 4.0)制定学龄期自闭症儿童生活质量量表,评估患儿生活质量,依据评估结果将患儿分为生活质量高组与生活质量低组,并采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表(FACESⅡ-CV)评估患儿家庭亲密度,分析学龄期自闭症患儿家庭亲密度对其生活质量的影响。结果60例学龄期自闭症患儿中32例生活质量低(53.33%),28例生活质量高(46.67%);生活质量低组父母受教育程度、家庭亲密度评分与生活质量高组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归模型结果显示,父母受教育程度在高中及以下、家庭亲密度评分低是学龄期自闭症儿童生活质量低的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论学龄期自闭症患儿总体生活质量较低,可能受患儿家庭亲密度影响。

Objective To explore the influence of family cohesion on quality of life in school-age children with autism.Methods A total of 60 school-age children with autism who received diagnosis and treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to pediatric quality of life inventory(PedsQL 4.0),the quality of life scale for school-age children with autism was developed to evaluate the quality of life of children.According to the evaluation results,the children were divided into high quality of life group and low quality of life group.Family adaptability and cohesion scale(FACESⅡ-CV)was used to evaluate the family cohesion of children,and the influence of family cohesion on the quality of life of school-age children with autism was analyzed.Results Among the 60 school-age children with autism,32 cases(53.33%)had low quality of life and 28 cases(46.67%)had high quality of life.The differences in education level of patients,family cohesion score between the low quality of life group and the high quality of life group were statistically significant(P<0.05),the results of the multivariate logistic regression model showed that education level of parents in senior high school or below and low family cohesion score were the influencing factors of low quality of life in school-age children with autism(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall quality of life of school-age children with autism is low,which may be affected by family cohesion of children.
