信息-知识-信念-行为模式下的个体化干预策略在白血病患儿及其家属中的应用效果

Effect of Individualized Intervention Strategy Based on Information-Knowledge-Belief-Behavior Mode in Children with Leukemia and Their Families

目的探讨信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)模式下的个体化干预策略在白血病患儿及其家属中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2020年6月郑州儿童医院收治的170例白血病患儿作为研究对象,按入院时间分组,2017年6月至2018年12月收治的81例患儿为对照组,2019年1月至2020年6月收治的89例患儿为观察组。对照组接受常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受IKAP模式下的个体化干预。比较两组患儿家属干预前、干预1个月后心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、希望水平(HHI)评分、护理工作满意度及干预期间患儿并发症发生率。结果干预1个月后观察组CD-RISC评分、HHI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预期间,观察组患儿并发症发生率(0)低于对照组[7.41%(6/81)](P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理工作满意度[97.75%(87/89)]高于对照组[81.48%(66/81)](P<0.05)。结论IKAP模式下的个体化干预策略可有效改善白血病患儿家属心理状态,降低患儿并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized intervention strategy based on information-knowledge-belief-behavior(IKAP)model in children with leukemia and their families.Methods A total of 170 children with leukemia in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the admission time,81 cases from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 89 cases from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received individualized intervention under IKAP mode on the basis of the control group.The scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and Herth hope index(HHI),nursing satisfaction and complication rate during intervention were compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of intervention.Results After one month of intervention,the scores of CD-RISC and HHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group(0)was lower than that in the control group[7.41%(6/81)](P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the families in the observation group[97.75%(87/89)]was higher than that in the control group[81.48%(66/81)](P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized intervention strategy under IKAP mode can effectively improve the psychological state of family members of children with leukemia and reduce the incidence of complications.
