Influence of Acknowledge-Introduce-Duration-Explanation-Thank You Communication Mode on Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

摘要 目的探讨问候-自我介绍-过程-解释-感谢(AIDET)沟通模式在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月郑州人民医院收治的170例CHF患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间分组,2018年1月至12月入院患者为对照组(73例),2019年1月至12月入院患者为研究组(97例)。对照组接受常规护理,研究组于对照组基础上接受AIDET沟通模式。比较两组遵医行为、干预前后自我效能(GSES)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分及护理满意度。结果研究组总遵医率(94.85%)高于对照组(84.93%)(P<0.05);干预后研究组GSES评分高于对照组,MLHFQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(94.85%)高于对照组(82.19%)(P<0.05)。结论AIDET沟通模式可促进CHF患者保持良好遵医行为,提高其自我效能及生活质量,患者护理满意度高。 Objective To explore the application value of the acknowledge-introduce-duration-explanation-thank you(AIDET)communication mode in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 170 CHF patients who were treated in Zhengzhou people’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and grouped according to the time of admission.Patients admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the control group(73 patients),and patients admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study group(97 patients).The control group received routine care,and the study group received the AIDET communication mode on the basis of the control group.The compliance behavior,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)before and after intervention,Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group(94.85%)was higher than that of the control group(84.93%)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the GSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the MLHFQ score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the study group(94.85%)was higher than that of the control group(82.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIDET communication model can promote CHF patients to maintain good compliance behaviors,improve their self-efficacy and quality of life,and have high patient care satisfaction.
