癌症的发生发展机制一直被广大研究者探讨,其发生发展通常是由调节细胞基本过程的基因功能失常引起的。Rho同源基因家族成员C(RHOC)近年来已经成为研究热点。目前RHOC已经被广泛报道存在于众多恶性肿瘤细胞中,并发挥着重要作用,本文就RHOC在众多肿瘤细胞中的研究发展做一综述。

The occurrence and development mechanism of cancer has been explored by the majority of researchers.Its occurrence and development is usually caused by gene dysfunction that regulates the basic process of cells.Rho homologous gene family member C(RHOC)has become a research hotspot in recent years.At present,RHOC has been widely reported in many malignant tumor cells,and plays an important role.This report was about the research and development of RHOC in many tumor cells.
