自创区建设是我国完善科技创新体制机制,提升自主创新能力,探索区域创新发展的重要举措。本文对大连国家自主创新示范区"一区多园"发展绩效进行综合评价,有助于更好发挥自创区建设在引领和带动区域高质量发展方面的积极作用,同时为其他地区的自主创新示范区建设提供借鉴。

The construction of Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone is an important measure for our country to improve the technological innovation system and mechanism,enhance independent innovation capabilities,as well as explore regional innovation development.This article comprehensively evaluates the development performance of"one zone with multiple parks"in the Dalian National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,which will help the construction of the Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone to better play a positive role in leading and driving regional high-quality development.At the same time,it provides reference for the construction of independent innovation demonstration zones in other regions.
