在经济不断发展的社会大背景下,建筑行业面临着越来越多新的机遇和新的挑战。对于建筑企业而言,在进行工程建造的过程中对造价进行一定的管理,是对成本进行合理控制的措施,对于提高自身竞争力,促进建筑行业的发展都会产生十分积极的推动意义。本文通过分析建筑工程造价管理分类及现状,提出了完善建筑工程造价管理的具体途径,对严格控制造价管理工作,保障工程的整体质量,达到经济效益最大化的效果有重要作用。

Under the social background of continuous economic development,the construction industry is facing more and more new opportunities and challenges.For construction enterprises,certain management of construction cost in the process of engineering construction is a measure of reasonable cost control and improving their competitiveness,and to promote the development of the construction industry will have a very positive significance.Through analyzing the classification and present situation of construction project cost management,this paper puts forward the concrete ways to perfect construction project cost management,which can strictly control the management of construction cost and ensure the overall quality of the project,and maximize the economic efficiency.
