止泻方剂与肠道菌群关联性探析

An Analysis of Correlation Between Formula for Stopping Diarrhea and Intestinal Flora

止泻方剂与肠道菌群的关联性可简单概括为彼此的双向调节作用。一方面,肠道菌群与中药复方发生化学反应,将不能被机体直接吸收的成分转化为可被吸收的效用成分,进而帮助中药复方发挥作用;另一方面,中药复方不仅可破坏细菌细胞壁、细胞膜结构,阻断其蛋白质合成,抑制有害菌生长,还可促使优势菌群在胃肠道黏膜表面黏附定植,恢复菌群动态平衡状态。因此,临床采用止泻方剂可调整肠道菌群活性,改善菌群紊乱造成的一系列临床症状。目前,关于止泻方剂选择性杀灭有害菌群的分子生物学的作用机制尚未明确,且无菌动物造模方法难以达到理想水平。今后,应进一步加强相关实验研究,为临床应用提供理论依据。

The correlation between formula for stopping diarrhea and intestinal flora can be simply summarized as two-way regulation of each other.On the one hand,the chemical reaction between intestinal flora and Chinese medicinal compound formula can transform the components that cannot be directly absorbed by the body into effective components that can be absorbed,so as to help Chinese medicinal compound formula play its role.On the other hand,Chinese medicinal compound formula can destroy the structure of bacterial cell wall and cell membrane,block its protein synthesis,inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,promote the adhesion and colonization of dominant bacteria on the surface of gastrointestinal mucosa,and restore the dynamic balance of bacteria.Therefore,the clinical use of formula for stopping diarrhea can adjust the activity of intestinal flora and improve a series of clinical symptoms caused by flora disorder.At present,the molecular biological mechanism of formula for stopping diarrhea in selectively killing harmful bacteria is not clear,and the aseptic animal modeling technology is difficult to reach the ideal level.Therefore,in the future,relevant experimental research should be further strengthened to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
