Design and Implementation of Video Service Platform Based on Converged Media Broadcasting System

广播融媒体演播系统的视频业务平台能够为视频内容生产、编辑、审核、播出等应用提供有效的应用支撑,对广播融媒体节目生产和良好视觉体验发挥着非常重要的作用。本文以宁波广播电视集团广播融媒体演播系统视频业务平台的建设实践为例,详细介绍该业务平台的工程设计与实现。该业务平台采用视频矩阵和视频切换台控制多类型视频源信号输出的技术方案,实现了视频信号源按需切换输出到存储设备、显示设备和播出设备,可有效提高广播融媒体演播系统的综合技术性能。

Video service platform of converged media broadcasting system can provide effective application support for video content production,editing,review,broadcasting and other applications,and plays a very important role in production of broadcast converged media programs and good visual experience.This paper takes construction practice of video service platform of converged media broadcasting system in Ningbo Radio and Television Group as an example,and introduces engineering design and implementation of service platform in detail.The service platform adopts technical scheme of video matrix and video switcher to control signals output of multiple types of video source,realizes on-demand switching of video signal source to storage device,display device and broadcast device,which can effectively improve comprehensive technical performance of converged media broadcasting system.
