中医药防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究进展

Research Progress of Prevention and Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with TCM

中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的主要方法有:内治法、内外联合治法、内治法联合运动疗法等。但存在以下不足之处:治疗方案大多结合医家自身经验制定,证型不统一,缺乏规范性,疗效机制不明确。今后,可基于中医体质学说,探求发病机制,挖掘诊疗新思路;基于中医经络学说,探索导引、膏摩、吐纳等治法;探索针药并用、运动疗法干预的联合治疗方案。并规范诊疗方案,形成疗效评估体系,统一疗效标准,深入疗效机制的研究。

The main treatment methods of TCM for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) include internal therapy, internal therapy combined with external therapy, internal therapy combined with exercise therapy, etc.However, there are the following shortcomings: Most treatment schemes are formulated in combination with doctors′ own experience;the syndrome types are not unified, lack of standardization, and the curative effect mechanism is not clear.In the future, it is necessary to explore the pathogenesis and new ideas of diagnosis and treatment based on the constitution theory of TCM,the treatment methods of conducting ex, massage therapy with ointment, breathing in and out and so on based on the meridian theory of TCM,the combined treatment scheme of acupuncture and medicine and exercise therapy intervention.Besides, it is necessary to standardize the diagnosis and treatment schemes, form the curative effect evaluation system, unify the curative effect standard, and deeply study the curative effect mechanism.
