中医药改善糖尿病血管病变内皮损伤进展

Research Progress of TCM in Improving Endothelial Injury in Diabetic Vascular Disease

中医药通过改善抗氧化应激、调节血管紧张素、减少内皮微粒防治高半胱氨酸血症等调控糖尿病(diabetes mellitus, DM)血管内皮损伤,通过多途径调控,疗效显著。但目前存在研究分散且缺乏深度、研究方法及途径缺乏标准等问题。DM血管病变是受多因素影响的疾病,针对单个基因或通路的研究,不能充分解释中医药防治疾病的机制,大多研究都是在已知靶点的指导下开展的,缺乏创新性。今后需从多途径入手,开展多中心、大样本的大规模研究,建立完善的临床疗效与作用机制及相关靶点的科学研究数据库。

TCM is effective in regulating diabetes mellitus(DM) vascular endothelial injury through improving antioxidant stress, regulating angiotensin, reducing endothelial particles and preventing hyperhomocysteinemia, etc.However, there are some existing problems, for example, the present researches are scattered and lack of depth, lack of standards in research methods and approaches, etc.DM vascular disease is a disease affected by many factors.The research on a single gene or pathway cannot fully explain the mechanism of disease prevention and treatment of TCM.Most researches are carried out under the guidance of known targets and lack of innovation.In the future, it is necessary to start with multiple ways, carry out large-scale researches with multiple centers and large samples, and establish a perfect scientific research database of clinical efficacy, action mechanism and related targets.
