近十年中医外治法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的方法主要包括:针灸疗法、针药联合疗法、穴位注射疗法、穴位埋线疗法、穴位按摩疗法、拔罐疗法、刮痧疗法、中药熏蒸疗法等。目前,本病发病机制尚未明确、致病因素复杂多样,且国际目前尚无公认有效的临床药物和治疗手段,中医外治法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症虽方法多样,但仍有不足之处:缺乏统一规范的临床疗效判定标准与穴位方法,相关报道多为疗效观察与个人临床经验,实验研究与前瞻性研究较少。今后,应进一步加强对老年性皮肤瘙痒症发病机制的研究,深入探讨中医外治法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的干预手段与治疗方法,采取跨学科、多学科联合综合治疗。同时,应在中医理论指导下,注重不同个体的差异。

In recent ten years, the methods of external therapies of TCM in the treatment of senile skin pruritus mainly include acupuncture therapy, combined acupuncture and medicine therapy, acupoint injection therapy, acupoint catgut embedding therapy, acupoint massage therapy, cupping therapy, scraping therapy, TCM fumigation therapy, etc.At present, the pathogenesis of the disease is not clear;the pathogenic factors are complex and diverse, and there are no internationally recognized effective clinical drugs and treatment methods.Although there are various methods of external therapies of TCM in the treatment of senile skin pruritus, there are still following shortcomings: There is a lack of unified and standardized clinical efficacy judgment standards and acupoint methods, and most of the relevant reports are efficacy observation and personal clinical experience.There are few experimental studies and prospective studies.In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the research on the pathogenesis of senile skin pruritus, deeply explore the intervention means and treatment methods of external therapies of TCM in the treatment of senile skin pruritus, and adopt interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary combined comprehensive treatment.At the same time, we should pay attention to the differences of different individuals under the guidance of TCM theory.
