壳聚糖基静电纺纳米纤维的制备和表征

摘要 采用质量分数为90%的冰醋酸溶液溶解壳聚糖粉末和聚氧化乙烯粉末,制备壳聚糖聚氧化乙烯(CS/PEO)复合纳米纤维。CS与PEO质量比为90∶10。探究了溶液浓度、纺丝电压、接收距离、推注速率和环境湿度对静电纺纳米纤维形貌和纺丝效率的影响,得到较优纺丝工艺参数。 Chitosan-polyethylene oxide(CS/PEO)complex nanofibers were prepared by dissolving CS and PEO powder in aqueous acetic acid with mass ratio of 90%.The mass ratio of CS to PEO was set at 90∶10.The influences of spinning solution concentration,spinning voltage,receiving distance,feeding speed,and environmental humidity on the morphology of the nanofibers and electrospinning efficiency were investigated respectively.Also,the optimal electrospinning parameters were obtained.
