摘要
中国共产党成立以来,始终把促进教育公平作为执政理念、行动目标和政策措施。经过100年艰苦卓绝的探索和坚持不懈的努力,中国教育实现了从特权向人权、从“有法可依”到“有学可上”到“一个也不能少”再到“每一个都成功”的时代跨越和伟大发展。坚守人民立场,坚持以发展促公平、以制度保障公平,是中国教育公平实现跨越式发展的主要原因与基本经验。进入新时代,要继续坚持党对教育事业的全面领导和科学引领,推动教育公平发展的与时俱进,实现从工具价值到育人价值、从平等性原则到差异性原则、从外延式发展到内涵式发展的转变与突破,将教育公平推向新的高度,使中国教育走向新的辉煌。
Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the promotion of educational equity has always been regarded as the ruling concept,action goal and policy measure.After 100years of exploration and efforts,China’s education has achieved a great development from privilege to human rights,from“having laws to abide by”to“having chance to go to school”,to“none can be less”and then to“everyone is successful”.Sticking to the people’s position,promoting equity by development and ensuring equity by system are the main reasons and basic experiences for develpment and success.In the new era,education equity is facing more severe challenges.On the one hand,we should continue to adhere to the party’s overall leadership;on the other hand,we should realize the transformation from tool value to intrinsic value,from consistency to diversity,from extension development to intention development.
