习近平总书记2019年9月27日在全国民族团结进步表彰大会上的讲话从历史的高度概括并肯定了中国共产党民族政策的成效和意义,为不断坚持和发展中华民族大团结的局面树立了理论信心。在中国漫长的历史中,各族人民在交流交往的过程中已经形成了深刻的“大一统”国家思想传统,维系这一传统的则是中华民族共同体这一凝聚力核心。通过构建中华民族共同精神家园和发展少数民族地方经济的方法,不断夯实中华民族共同体的基础,是落实习近平总书记在全国民族团结进步表彰大会上的讲话精神和党的十九届四中全会精神,不断坚持和发展中华民族大团结的局面的必由之路。

General secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the national commendation Conference on national unity and progress in September 27,2019 summed up and affirmed the effectiveness and significance of the CPC's national policy from a historical perspective,and established theoretical confidence for China to continue to uphold and develop the great unity of the Chinese nation.In the long history of China,people of all ethnic groups have formed a profound tradition of unifying multi-ethnic countries in the process of exchanges and ex⁃changes.The core of cohesion of the Chinese national community is to maintain this tradition.The only way which must be passed by Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC in September 27,2019 at the commendation conference of national unity and progress in China and the spirit of the party in the fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,is to constantly consolidate and develop the great unity of the Chinese nation through building a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation and developing the local economy of the eth⁃nic minorities.
