宁夏宁南地区推动乡村教育振兴路径研究

A Study on the Path of Promoting Rural Education Revitalization in the South Part of Ningxia

论文概述了乡村振兴战略和乡村教育振兴概念和二者之间关系,分析了乡村振兴战略背景下乡村教育振兴的必要性和可行性,并以宁夏宁南地区F县为例,通过问卷调查法、深入访谈法、文献研究法和统计分析法等方法,对宁南地区乡村教育过程中存在的问题进行梳理。进而针对宁南地区乡村教育存在的共性问题,提出了依托乡村振兴战略,促进乡村教育事业;加大教育经费投入,改善乡村办学条件;完善乡村教师队伍,提升教育教学质量;打造城乡教育共生模式,优化乡村学校资源配置等发展路径,以期为宁南地区乡村教育振兴发展提供一些思路,并对我国推动乡村教育的振兴提供一定的参考。

The article summarizes the concept of rural revitalization strategy and rural education revitalization and the relationship between the two,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of rural education revitalization un⁃der the background of rural revitalization strategy,and takes F County in southern Ningxia as an example,through questionnaire survey method,In-depth interview method,literature research method and statistical analysis method,etc.,briefly combed the problems existing in the process of rural education in southern Ningx⁃ia.On this basis,in response to the common problems in rural education in southern Ningxia,a strategy of rely⁃ing on rural revitalizat-ion was proposed to promote rural education;increase education funding to improve ru⁃ral school conditions;improve the team of rural teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching;The urban-rural education symbiosis model,optimization of the development path of rural school resource allo⁃cation,etc.,in order to provide some ideas for the revitalization and development of rural education in southern Ningxia,and provide certain references for the promotion of rural education in my country.
