摘要
该文通过系统、全面分析2018—2020年重庆市智慧小区的建设情况及行业发展情况,对重庆市智慧小区建设存在的建设区域、建设星级、行业企业发展不平衡问题进行详细探讨,并对进一步加强智慧小区建设的举措进行了思考。该文认为,建设主管部门应加强智慧小区产业培育,大力推进智慧小区建设,以智能化为契机,推进房地产行业向高品质方向发展。
Through a systematic and comprehensive analysis on the construction and development of smart communities in Chongqing from 2018 to 2020,this paper discusses in detail the unbalanced development of construction areas,construction star ratings and industry enterprises in the construction of smart communities in Chongqing,with some thoughts given on ways to further strengthen the construction of smart communities.This paper believes that the construction departments should strengthen the cultivation of the smart community industry,vigorously promote the construction of smart communities,and take intelligence as an opportunity to facilitate the development of the real estate industry in the direction of high quality.
