既有建筑改造是提升老城区经济活力、改善城市面貌的重要途经,结构拆除在既有建筑改造中发挥着重要作用。该文在详细介绍人工拆除、机械拆除、爆破拆除、静力拆除四种拆除方式优缺点的基础上,以重庆市朝天门广场建筑局部结构拆除为例,对建筑各部位结构拆除施工技术进行探讨,分析了静力拆除的应用前景,以期为既有建筑改造施工提供参考。

The reconstruction of existing buildings is an important way to enhance the economic vitality of the old urban districts and improve the urban appearance,and the structural demolition plays an important role in the reconstruction of existing buildings.Based on the detailed introduction of the advantages and disadvantages of manual demolition,mechanical demolition,blasting demolition and static demolition,and taking the partial structure demolition of Chaotianmen Square in Chongqing as a case,this paper discusses the construction technology of structural demolition of various parts of the building,and analyzes the application prospect of static demolition,providing references for the reconstruction of existing buildings.
