混合接种不同丛枝菌根真菌对云木香根际微生物及土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Mixed Inoculation of Different Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Saussurea Costus Rhizosphere Microorganisms and Soil Enzyme Activities

摘要 以不同丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)为研究材料,于云木香苗期进行接种,研究混合接种不同AMF对云木香根际土壤养分含量、微生物数量以及土壤酶活性的影响,为AMF在云木香生产实践中的应用提供参考依据。本研究发现,混合接种不同AMF可使云木香根系侵染率达到100%。土壤中速效氮、速效磷、有机碳和有机质含量呈上升趋势,而土壤pH与CK组相差不大;土壤微生物数量整体表现为放线菌>细菌>真菌,放线菌与细菌数量上升幅度明显大于真菌。土壤酶中酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性上升十分显著,而脲酶和中性磷酸酶仅有部分处理组活性较CK组低。可见,混合接种不同AMF对云木香根际土壤养分含量、微生物数量以及土壤酶活性存在一定的影响,选择不同的AMF混合接种对云木香栽培土壤环境的改善具有深远意义。 In this study,different arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi(AMF)were used as research materials to inoculate at the seedling stage of Saussurea costus.Effects of different AMF on the number of soil microor⁃ganisms and soil enzyme activities in the rhizosphere of S.costus were studied in order to provide a refer⁃ence basis for cultivation and production of S.costus.The results showed that the infection rate of root sys⁃tem of S.costus serrata treated with different AMF reached 100%.The content of organic matter,organic carbon,available nitrogen,and available phosphorus contents in the soil were showed an upward trend.Soil pH was not much different from that of CK.The overall number of soil microorganisms were showed actinomycetes>bacteria>fungi,and the increase trend of actinomycetes and bacteria were significantly greater than those fungi.The activities of acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase,protease,sucrase and catalase in soil enzymes were significantly increased,while the activities of urease and neutral phospha⁃tase only part of the treatment group were lower than CK group.Mixed inoculation of different AMF treat⁃ments had certain effects on the quantity of soil microorganisms and soil enzyme activities in the rhizo⁃sphere of S.costus.Choosing different AMF inoculation has far-reaching significance for the improvement of soil environment of S.costus.
