巴豆属二萜化学成分和药理活性研究新进展

New Advance on the Research of Chemical Constituents and Pharmaco⁃logical Activities of Diterpenoids from the Plants of Genus Croton

巴豆属植物在我国分布广泛,部分为民间药用植物,其主要活性成分为二萜类化合物。药理研究表明,巴豆属植物中的一些二萜类成分具有抗炎、细胞毒性、抗利什曼原虫活性等药理活性。对近年来巴豆属植物中二萜类成分的结构分类和药理活性方面的研究进行综述,为合理开发利用巴豆属药用植物资源提供参考。

The genus Croton are widely distributed in China,several plants of this genus are used in tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine.The chemistry components isolated from Croton plants are mainly diterpe⁃noids.Pharmacological studies showed that some diterpenoids had significant activities in anti-inflamma⁃tory,cytotoxic and antileishmania activities,etc.This article mainly reviewed the chemical compositions and the pharmacological activities of the genus Croton in recent two years,and hopefully to provide a ref⁃erence for further research,development and utilization.
