摘要
长江三角洲城市群工业SO_(2)过量排放引发的环境污染比较严重,实证研究表明:(1)该地区工业SO_(2)排放空间格局呈现正的空间集聚效应;(2)工业产业比重的变动对空间集聚效应的影响呈现倒“U”型模式;(3)工业产业比重是工业SO_(2)排放空间格局最重要的影响因素,两者呈现显著负相关关系;(4)工业SO_(2)排放空间集聚效应的降低有利于促进工业SO_(2)减排。为此,长江三角洲城市群需要建立区域工业SO_(2)减排协调机制和优化其工业产业比重,从而有效地实现工业SO_(2)减排。
With the industrial sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))excessive emissions,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious in the Urban Agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta.Empirical research shows that:(1)the spatial pattern of industrial SO_(2)emissions in the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta has positive spatial agglomeration effect;(2)the change of industrial structure in the region influences the spatial pattern of industrial SO_(2)emissions through an inverted“U”shaped curve model;(3)the change of industrial structure is the most important factor that affects the spatial pattern of industrial SO_(2)emissions,and there is a significant negative correlation between them;(4)the reduction of the spatial pattern of industrial SO_(2)emissions is helpful to the industrial SO_(2)emissions reduction in the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta needs to establish regional industrial SO_(2)emission reduction coordination mechanism and to optimize the structure of industrial industries,so as to effectively achieve industrial SO_(2)emission reduction.
