摘要
为加强高等学校危险化学品的规范化管理,保证教学和科研实验工作安全有序地进行,根据已出现的实验室事故,结合近年来危化品智能化管理成果和已出台的安全管理规范,提出高等学校危险化学品规范化管理的建议和措施。采取切实可行的规范化管理制度、监管信息化平台和实质性的管控手段,必将大大降低危险化学品引起的风险,减少或杜绝事故的发生,保证教学和科研的有序进行。事实表明,以上措施可以大大提高实验室安全管控的水平。
In order to strengthen the standardized management of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities and ensure that teaching and scientific research experiments are carried out in a safe and orderly manner,according to the laboratory accidents that have occurred and combining with the achievements of intelligent management of hazardous chemicals in recent years and the safety management standards,the suggestions and measures for standardized management of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities are put forward.The adoption of practical and standardized management system,supervision information platform and substantive control means will greatly lower the risk resulted from hazardous chemicals,reduce or completely eradicate accidents and ensure the orderly conduct of teaching and scientific research.Facts show that the level of laboratory safety management and control will be greatly improved with the above measures.
