新疆某种鸡场毛蛋中鸡毒支原体感染的检测

摘要 为了了解毛蛋中鸡毒支原体(MG)感染的流行情况,笔者采用PCR的方法对150份毛蛋样品进行鸡毒支原体检测,并对检测基因序列进行分析及同源比较。结果表明,鸡场毛蛋阳性检出率为1.3%(2/150)。将检测结果为阳性的体系和上游引物送往北京睿博兴科生物有限公司进行测序,获得2株MG部分基因片段,与预期大小一致(为185 bp)。同源性分析表明,获得的2株MG核苷酸序列和CP005313和AE015450株具有较高的同源性(为98.7%~99.3%),和MN069580分离株同源性相对较低(为94.3%~94.6%)。遗传进化分析可知,本研究获得的2株鸡毒支原体(bm70,bm71)与MN069580遗传关系相对较远,与DQ677304、CP005313、AE015450型处在同一个分支,与FM878638型是同一族。 In order to understand the prevalence of mycoplasma MG infection in eggs,A PCR method was used to detect mycoplasma hominis in 150 samples,And the detection gene sequence was analyzed and homologous comparison.It turns out,The positive rate was 1.3%(2/150),The positive system and upstream primers were sent to Beijing Ruibo Xingke Biological Co.Got 2 MG partial gene frag-ments,185 bp,consistent with expected size Homology analysis showed that,the obtained two MG nucleotide sequences and CP005313 and AE015450 strains have high homology,98.7%-99.3%,Compared with MN069580 isolates,94.3 per cent-94.6 per cent;Genetic evolution analysis shows,2 strains of mycoplasma virulentum(bm70,obtained in this study bm71)relatively far from MN069580 ge-netic relationship,Being in the same branch as DQ677304、CP005313、AE015450,And FM878638 type is the same family.
