摘要
应用化学和材料科学类工科专业的应用性、实践性强,培养学生专项技能目标的达成必须通过有效的轮训体系运行。我院从理念和定位的明确、轮训对象和轮训时间的安排、轮训计划和模块的可操作性,以及管理体制与运行模式等方面探索了以培养本科生专项技能为导向的博士工作室轮训体系的构建。该体系极大地创新了目前的实践教学体系,也提高了实验室建设经费不足的地方性本科院校培养创新型人才的质量。
Applied Chemistry and material science majors are highly practical. Effective systematic trainings are necessary to achieve the goal of cultivating students’ special skills. To cultivate undergraduate special skills, our college explored the construction of rotation training system of doctoral studio from the aspects of clear concept and positioning,arrangement of rotation training objects and training time, maneuverability of rotation training plan and rotation training module, as well as management system and operation mode. The system greatly innovates the current practice teaching system, and it also improves the quality of training innovative talents in local undergraduate colleges with insufficient laboratory construction funds.
