高校教育管理工作对高校教育实效有显著的影响,所以在高校发展实践中,需要对高校教育管理工作进行优化与提升。结合目前的高校教育管理实践进行分析发现基于人才培育的具体需要对高校教育管理进行再造,同时对管理的流程、方法等进行优化,这样,高校教育管理的效率以及质量会显著提升。目前,有部分高校积极落实教育管理流程再造和优化理论,不过在落实的过程中出现了一些问题。文章基于高校教育管理流程再造和优化对实践中的问题进行总结,同时讨论有效的方法,目的是要指导当前的实践工作。

College education management has a significant impact on the actual effect of college education, so in the practice of college development, it is necessary to optimize and improve the work of college education management.Based on the analysis of the current practice of college education management, it is found that college education management should be reconstituted based on the specific needs of talent cultivation, and management processes and methods should be optimized at the same time. In this way, the efficiency and quality of college education management will be significantly improved. At present, some colleges and universities actively implement the theory of reengineering and optimization of education management process, but there are some problems in the process of implementation. Based on the reengineering and optimization of university education management process, this paper summarizes the problems in practice and discusses the effective methods, aiming at guiding the current practice work.
