遥测专业教学资源体系建设研究

"课堂连着战场,贯彻新时代军事教育方针,人才培养必须宽口径、厚基础、精专业,瞄准打赢现代战争和未来战争。"本文针对现阶段遥测人才需求,分析了新时期遥测的发展规律和特点。以遥测岗位任职需求为牵引,以培养高素质遥测技术人才为目标,研究了优化适应遥测发展的教学资源体系及其方法途径,促进遥测专业教学资源体系适应遥测岗位发展,提升遥测课程建设质量和育人能力水平,提出要深入探索满足未来信息化战争需求的人才培养方案,扎实构建满足多样化需求的实践平台,建设满足学员岗位任职的课程体系。与此同时,牢固对接遥测专业需求,立体化建设多维教学资源,建设系列纸质教材与新形态教材,构建通用遥测实践教学平台,促进岗位任职能力的快速生成。遥测专业教学资源体系建设对提升人才培养的针对性和有效性具有重要意义。

"The classroom is connected with the battlefield, and the military education policy of the new era is implemented. Personnel training must be broad caliber, solid foundation, and professional, aiming at winning modern wars and future wars." According to the demand of telemetry talents at the present stage, this paper analyzes the development rules and characteristics of telemetry in the new period. With the demand of telemetry post as the traction and the goal of training high-quality telemetry technical talents, this paper studies the optimization of teaching resource system and methods to adapt to the development of telemetry, promotes the teaching resource system of telemetry specialty to adapt to the development of telemetry post, and improves the quality of telemetry course construction and the level of educational ability. It is proposed to explore the talent training program to meet the needs of future informationized war, to build a practical platform to meet the diversified needs, and to build a curriculum system to meet the needs of students. At the same time, it is of great significance to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of personnel training by building three-dimensional and multi-dimensional teaching resources, building a series of paper textbooks and new forms of textbooks, and building a general telemetry practice teaching platform. The construction of teaching resource system of telemetry specialty will promotes the rapid generation of post competence.
