劳模精神是劳动精神的展现,高职教育是高等教育的重要组成,为我国培养数以万计的高素质劳动者和社会主义核心价值观的践行者,弘扬劳模精神,是对高职学生进行社会主义核心价值观教育的着力点。要探讨新时代劳模精神的内涵,厘清劳模精神与社会主义核心价值观的契合点和将劳模精神融入大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的重要性,从课程建设、实践育人、党团教育、校园文化活动等方面将劳模精神融入高职学生社会主义核心价值观教育。

The spirit of working model is the display of labor spirit. Higher vocational education is an important component of higher education. It is the focus of socialist core value education for vocational students to cultivate tens of thousands of high-quality workers and practitioners of socialist core values for our country and to promote the spirit of labor model. The paper discusses the connotation of labor model spirit in the new era, clarifies the fit point between the labor model spirit and the socialist core values and the importance of integrating the labor model spirit into the education of the socialist core values of college students. It integrates the labor model spirit into the socialist core value education of vocational students from the aspects of curriculum construction, practice education, party and League education, campus cultural activities, etc.
