供给侧改革视域下的大学生就业创业能力提升策略

On the Strategies of Improving College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform

从供给侧改革视域看,大学生就业创业能力培养能够化解高校人才供给总量过剩、高素质人才供给短缺等问题,促进高校人才培养和市场人才需求的供给平衡。当前高校大学生就业能力培养仍存在理念落后、师资力量不足、培养模式不合理等问题,制约了大学生就业创业能力培养效果。因此,应以供给侧改革思想指导高校教学改革,加强"双师双能型"教师队伍建设,树立以就业创业能力培养为导向的课程体系和教学模式。

From the perspective of supply side reform, the cultivation of College Students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability can solve the problems of excess supply of talents in Colleges and universities and the shortage of high-quality talents, and promote the supply balance between the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the demand of talents in the market. At present, there are still some problems in the cultivation of college students’ employability, such as the backward concept, the lack of teachers and the unreasonable training mode, which restrict the effect of the cultivation of college students’ employability and entrepreneurship. Therefore, we should take the supply side reform idea to guide the teaching reform in colleges and universities, strengthen the construction of "double teachers and double abilities" teaching team, and establish the curriculum system and teaching mode oriented by the cultivation of employment and entrepreneurship.
