摘要
目的:观察高度近视白内障患者行Oculentis区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析南阳市眼科医院2018年6月至2019年6月高度近视白内障80例(120眼)的临床资料。分成两组:临床试验组40例(60眼),进行超声乳化Oculentis区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术;对照组40例(60眼),同一时期进行超声乳化博士伦单焦点人工晶状体(M160)植入术。术后随访3个月。结果:术后3个月,试验组裸眼远视力与对照组差异无统计学意义( t=0.762, P=0.450),中视力及近视力均优于对照组( t=1.806, P=0.033;t=1.673, P=0.045)。眼的屈光状态:试验组优于对照组( t=0.221, P=0.034)。术后并发症:试验组0例,对照组1例后囊浑浊。 结论:行Oculentis区域折射多焦人工晶状体植入术可为高度近视白内障术后提供良好的裸眼远中近视力。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Oculentis regional refractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation for high myopia with cataract.Methods The clinical data of 120 eyes of 80 cases of high myopia with cataract from Jun.2018 to Jun.2019 in Nanyang Ophthalmologic Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were divided into two groups.Sixty eyes of 40 cases underwent phacoemulsification and Oculentis regional refractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation were included as the clinical trial group and 60 eyes of 40 cases received phacoemulsification combined with Bausch&Lomb monofocal intraocular lens implantation at the same time were included as the control group.After 3 months of follow-up after operation,the efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after operation,the difference of the uncorrected distant visual acuity between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=0.762,P=0.45).The intermediate and near visual acuity of the trial group were better than those of the control group(t=1.806,1.673;P=0.033,0.045).Refractive state of the trial group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=0.221,P=0.034).Postoperative complications did not occur in the trial group.Only 1 case of posterior capsular opacification occurred in the control group.Conclusion Oculentis region refractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation can provide good near,intermediate and distant vision in the naked eye for high myopia with cataract.
