摘要
随着"学术科学作为经济引擎"理念认同范围的扩大,高校对构建创新生态系统日益重视。文章在回顾创新系统、创新生态系统模型、高水平研究型大学创新生态系统构建实践的基础上,对地方工科高校构建创新生态系统的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了分析,同时对一批代表性地方工科高校通过明确创新创业定位、培养学生创新创业精神、激励教师创业活动、畅通成果转化渠道、创新产学合作机制等方式构建创新生态系统、促进区域创新生态系统形成和发展的探索进行了梳理,以期为地方工科高校创新生态系统的构建提供参考。
As the concept that academic science became an economic engine is gaining more and more consensus, universities are paying more attention to construct innovation ecosystems. The article starts with a review of national systems of innovation, the framework for analyzing innovation ecosystems, and the practice of construction of innovation ecosystems in top universities. Then the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges which local engineering universities may face in forming innovation ecosystems is analyzed. At last, the preliminary exploration of building innovation ecosystems in some representative local engineering universities is introduced, including defining their entrepreneurship vision, cultivating students’ innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging teachers’ entrepreneurial activities, offering technology transformation services, innovating industry-university cooperation mechanism, and thus building innovation ecosystems, promotes the formation and development of regional innovation ecosystems as well.It is hoped to provide reference for other local engineering universities to build innovation ecosystems.
