摘要
复合型人才的培养对整个行业乃至国家的发展至关重要,尤其在新工科建设与国家"双一流"建设的背景下,高等院校培养一批被行业认可的化工复合型人才是当务之急。本文以四川大学化学工程学院学科建设为例,通过把握行业发展趋势与国家重大战略,深入剖析目前学科发展中存在的难点与不足,找准教学改革的"发力点"与"着力点",基于OBE理念提出了通过重构课程体系、开展探究式小班化课堂教学改革、搭建校企协同实践平台、健全毕业评价体制等举措构建化工复合型人才培养体系,以期为建立高水平、全方位、可持续的新工科教育模式提供借鉴。
The cultivation of compound talents is very important to the development of the entire industry and the country. Especially in the context of the new engineering in the new era and the construction of national double-class disciplines, it is imperative for colleges and universities to cultivate a group of chemical engineering compound talents recognized by the industry. Taking the discipline construction of School of Chemical Engineering of Sichuan University as an example, this article analyzes the difficulties and shortcomings of the current discipline development by grasping the development trend of the industry and major national strategies, and pinpointing the "power points" and "focus points" of the teaching reform. Based on the OBE concept, we restructure the curriculum system, carry out the "inquiry-small class" classroom teaching reform, build a school-enterprise collaborative practice platform, and improve the graduation evaluation system, in order to build a new chemical engineering compound talents training system. It can provides reference for the construction of a high-level, multi-faceted and sustainable engineering education mode.
