新工科教育背景下智能生物制造专业人才培养模式探索 被引量:2

摘要 新工科建设对工程科技人才的培养提出了巨大的挑战。智能生物制造作为未来经济社会可持续发展的重要组成部分,其人才培养模式也需要与时俱进。文章首先阐述了新工科背景下智能生物制造的人才需求,其次指明了现有人才培养模式存在的不足,最后以华东理工大学生物工程学院为例,介绍了智能生物制造领域专业人才培养的改革举措及成效,以期为其他高校生物制造专业和其他新工科领域的人才培养提供新的思路。 The construction of the emerging engineering education poses a higher challenge to engineering talent training. Intelligent bio-manufacturing is an important part of sustainable economic and social development in the future, its talent trainging needs to keep pace with the new times. This article firstly elaborated on the needs of talents in intelligent bio-manufacturing under the emerging engineering education background, secondly pointed out the deficiencies of the existing talent training mode, and finally took the school of bioengineering in East China University of Science and Technology as an example to introduce the reform measures and achievements on training of professionals in the field of intelligent bio-manufacturing. It is hoped that this article could provide new ideas for the cultivation of professionals in bio-manufacturing in other universities and in other fields under the emerging engineering education background.
