Development of Inventory Management System for Manufacturing Enterprises

针对企业精益生产过程中的相关问题,深入分析某小批量多品种生产型企业的生产流程,并采用UML技术设计了系统数据库结构和系统总体功能结构,提出可配置化的产品结构数据导入方法。为了实现精益生产的准时制要求,提出即时同步消息发送和库存预警技术,并将其与生产管理集成在一起,使车间各部门能够及时按需生产。

Aiming at the related problems in the process of lean production,this paper deeply analyzes the production process of a small batch multi variety production enterprise,designs the system database structure and overall function structure by using UML technology,and puts forward a configurable product structure data import method.The technology of instant synchronous message sending and inventory early warning is put forward,which is integrated with production management so that each department can produce on demand in time.
