有色金属冶炼主要工艺设备与用途分析

摘要 对有色金属冶炼设备主要工艺的相关情况概述后,主要对有色金属冶炼DCS控制工艺、沉淀池工艺、INBA工艺、明特工艺的应用情况等进行概述。然后对有色金属冶炼设备和其用途实行刍议,重点对卧式转炉设备、反射炉设备、中频炉设备和高炉转炉设备等用途分析,以此合理使用有色金属冶炼工艺、设备,充分发挥出其的最大作用,保证有色金属冶炼设备的运行稳定性。 This study summarizes the relevant conditions of the main processes of non-ferrous metal smelting equipment,and mainly summarizes the application of non-ferrous metal smelting DCS control process,sedimentation tank process,INBA process,and Minte process.Then,the non-ferrous metal smelting equipment and its use are discussed,focusing on the analysis of the use of horizontal converter equipment,reverberatory furnace equipment,intermediate frequency furnace equipment,blast furnace converter equipment,etc.,so as to rationally use non-ferrous metal smelting technology and equipment to give full play to its use.The maximum effect is to ensure the operation stability of non-ferrous metal smelting equipment.
