油菜素内酯对半夏品质及产量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以半夏块茎为试材,采用盆栽的方法,研究了浸种不同浓度的油菜素内酯对半夏块茎品质及产量的影响,以期为半夏增产与品质的提高提供参考依据。结果表明:1)低浓度油菜素内酯(0.01、0.10、0.20 mg·L^(-1))可显著提高半夏块茎中生物碱、β-谷甾醇、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性;2)高浓度油菜素内酯(1.20 mg·L^(-1))显著抑制了块茎中黄酮、生物碱、β-谷甾醇、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性;3)当油菜素内酯浓度为0.05、0.10、0.20 mg·L^(-1)和1.20 mg·L^(-1)时显著增加了珠芽的产量,从而提高半夏的产量。综上所述,该试验条件下较低浓度的油菜素内酯处理(0.10~0.20 mg·L^(-1))不仅改善了半夏品质,而且提高了半夏的产量。 Tubers of Pinellia ternata were used as materials,the effects of different concentrations of brassinolide(BR)on yield and quality of Pinellia ternata by pot experiment were studied,in order to provide a reference basis for improvement of yield and quality of Pinellia ternata.The results showed that the low concentration of BR(0.01,0.10 mg·L^(-1) and 0.20 mg·L^(-1))significantly increased the contents of alkaloid,β-sitosterol,free amino acid,soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C,and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity.The high concentration of BR(1.20 mg·L^(-1))markedly reduced the contents of flavone,alkaloid,β-sitosterol,free amino acid,total soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C content,and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity.When the concentration of BR were 0.05,0.10,0.20 mg·L^(-1) and 1.20 mg·L^(-1),the bulbil yield was significantly increased,thus the yield of Pinellia ternata was increased.Comprehensive analysis showed that low concentration of BR(0.10-0.20 mg·L^(-1))not only improved the quality,but also increased the yield of Pinellia ternata in the experimental condition.
