摘要 针对CRH6F-A/CRH6A-A短编组城际动车组重联运行时不能满足国内部分线路分相区长度要求的问题,研究了短编组动车组重联过分相控制方法,提出了重联单弓过分相控制策略,设计了一种用于受电弓快速降弓的阀板,并通过试验测试在不同运行速度下其升弓/降弓性能,包括过分相升弓/降弓过程中受电弓的信号响应速度、升弓/降弓时间和距离、升弓/降弓时的燃弧性能等。试验结果表明,短编组动车组重联单弓过分相控制技术可行,动态升弓/降弓时弓网燃弧率低,对网线冲击小。该控制方法克服了短编组动车组重联运行受分相区长度限制的影响,实现了短编组动车组的灵活运营,可有效缓解人流高峰期的客运压力。 In order to solve the problem that the reconnection of CRH6F-A/CRH6A-A short intercity EMU can not meet the requirements of the length of neutral section of domestic lines, the reconnection control method of short intercity EMU was studied, and the reconnection control strategy of single pantograph passing neutral section was put forward. A kind of valve plate used for quick putting down pantograph was designed, and the performance of the lifting and dropping pantograph under different speed grades was tested through experiments, which included the signal response speed, the time and distance of lifting and dropping pantograph, and the arcing performance of the pantograph. The test results show that the single pantograph passing neutral section control technology is feasible and the arc-ignition rate of pantograph-catenary system is low when the pantograph-catenary system is lifting and dropping dynamically, and the impact on the pantograph-catenary is small. The research overcame the bottleneck of the length limitation of the neutral section in the multiple operation of the short marshalling EMU, realized the flexible operation of the short marshalling EMU, and effectively relieved the passenger pressure in the peak period of passenger flow.
